about me

After watching season after season of 'Dancing with the Stars' (DWTS) and wishing I could  learn to ballroom dance, I signed up for my first lesson and it was "love at first step!" I discovered LaBlast, a partner-free cardio dance workout based on all the dances from the show, and knew I had found the perfect blend of dance and fitness.  I trained with LaBlast’s creator, 3 time World Ballroom Champion and pro dancer from DWTS, Louis van Amstel, and have loved teaching ever since.  I look forward to welcoming you to this accessible, fun, exhilarating workout for dance lovers of all ages and fitness levels.  Come experience the joy of music and movement  and discover the abundant benefits dance can have for your mind, body and spirit.
